Microbial enzymes have distinct advantages for their use in industry.Majority of applications are in food and related industry.Enzyme production closely controlled in micro organisms and in order to improve productivity these controls may have to be exploited or modified.Such control systems as induction,may be exploited by including inducer in medium,whereas repression control may be removed by mutation.
